If you have a photograph(s) taken while you are kissing the stone, this photograph will be stored on our servers for as long as is reasonably required to enable us to deal with any queries that may subsequently arise. Please note however that all photos are removed from our systems after 90 days. This is in accordance with our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy.

If you purchase a DigiCopy product during your visit to Spike Island, you will receive a physical receipt that contains a code and pin which are specific to your purchase. In order to provide you with your purchased digital photograph, the only information we will request from you is this code and pin, and your email address. Your email address is the only personal information we hold about you and we will only use this for the specific purpose for which it is provided, that is to redeem your digital photograph. If you no longer wish us to possess your email address, you may request its deletion by contacting us at

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect allows us to fulfill your order, by providing the service requested from us. We only use your data to make your experience better, or for business purposes such as dealing with any queries you may have. We will not contact you with any unwanted communications.

Disclosure to Third Parties

We may share your email address with Spike Island if their help is required in locating a photograph. We will otherwise never share your email address with a third party.

We reserve the right to disclose your personal information as required by law, such as to comply with a court order, or similar legal processes, and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud or respond to a government request.
